Soar Like an Eagle?

Why does man want to soar like an eagle, high in the sky,
and to be strong as a lion, why, oh why?

Is the epitome of life, its biggest thrill,
only to be king of the hill?

Fighting and struggling, to get to the top,
then only to fall, with a big flop!

Not me, oh no, I see through it all,
I'm not going to climb, only to fall.

For I am a man and not a eagle,
I have a soul, that is pure and regal.

For me, to be the real king of the hill,
I have to follow the Torah, and do G‑d's will!
